Mission

The WV Youth Encouragers Network (WV YEN) is a program to educate and encourage the youth of West Virginia to make wise moral choices, and to support organizations that are changing young lives.

Goals

  • To provide financial resources to enable key programs to carry on their work with young people. Here are the programs we are currently supporting Silver Ring Thing, Arts in ActionBob Burdette Center,Child Evangelism Fellowship and Fellowship of Christian Athletes
  • Promote the hosting of regional events that will educate, challenge, and entertain young people.
  • Bring youth pastors and leaders together, city-by-city, across the state for peer support, to promote cooperation, and to offer training opportunities.
  • To encourage youth to be involved with community outreach programs and to gain a greater appreciation for those in need.
